Cancellation Policy

• Free cancellation up to 48 hours before the excursion
• Cancellation between 24-48 hours: 50% refund
• Cancellation less than 24 hours: No refund
• No-show on excursion day: No refund

Modifications

• Free date changes up to 48 hours before
• Date changes less than 24 hours: Subject to availability and additional charge
• Name changes: Allowed without charge

Weather Cancellations

In case of adverse weather conditions, we offer free rescheduling or full refund.

Punctuality

• Present confirmation voucher at meeting point
• Arrive 15 minutes before scheduled time
• Delays over 15 minutes may result in loss of excursion

3. Process request within 24 hours

Refunds

• Refunds are processed in the same currency as the original payment
• Processing time is 5-10 business days
• Bank processing fees may apply
• The exchange rate applied will be that of the original transaction day

Age Restrictions

• Children under 3 years do not pay, but must be accompanied
• Some excursions require specific physical conditions

Required Documentation

• Present valid identification at tour time
• The operator reserves the right to deny service for incomplete documentation
